1. Acceptance of Terms

By using storage.to, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

storage.to provides temporary file hosting and sharing services. Files are stored for a limited time and automatically deleted after expiration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use storage.to to:

Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
Share copyrighted material without authorization
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
Share content that exploits minors
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
Use unauthorised automated tools to mass upload or download files (our official API, CLI and desktop apps are permitted)

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. We do not monitor or review uploaded content, but we reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for violations of these terms.

5. Service Limitations

Maximum file size: 25GB
Free uploads expire after 3 days by default, and you can extend them up to 7 days
Premium files are stored permanently
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
We may modify or discontinue features at any time

Fair use. Our plans include unlimited bandwidth for normal file-sharing use, meaning uploading files and sharing them with recipients who download them. They are not intended for use as a content delivery network, media backend, or origin server for another application or website. Embedding or hotlinking storage.to files into a third-party app or site, or any usage generating delivery volume disproportionate to your stored data, requires a custom plan. We may contact you to arrange an appropriate plan, and we reserve the right to rate limit or suspend accounts whose usage materially exceeds normal use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that files will be available for the full expiration period, and we are not responsible for data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, storage.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
